The rates are per night and based on double occupation.

2018/2019

REGULAR SEASON:
from February the 1st to April the 11th.
April the 22nd to June the 20th.
September the 1st to December the 19th.

MID SEASON:
from June the 21st to August the 31st.
from 21st to 31st January.

PEAK SEASON:
from December the 20th to January the 20th.
Holy Week

Prices from 415,000 COP, check price of the rooms.
Rates includes accommodation and breakfast.

 

 

 

Additional  person: 100,000 COP
Additional kid:  80,000 COP
Under 4 years old, no charge.

The minimum stay is one night.

MAXIMUM OCCUPATION IN THE ROOM

  • Maximum capacity of the room: 3 persons  (3 adults or 2 adults + 1 kid). Special request: 2 adults + 2 kids. Ask.

PAYMENT POLICIES AND DETAILS.

  • A payment of the 50% is required at the moment of the reservation.
  • The rest of 50% is required 15 days before the arrival in regular season and 30 days before in mid and peak season.

 

CANCELATION POLICIES

The reservations in Casa Tayrona are usually made about 6 months in advance and most of the international flights arriving to Colombia are full two or three months before the dates. So, we have few possibilities to re-sell the cancelled accommodation and we must consider the cancelled reservations as not recoverable.

The cancellations must be received written by Casa Tayrona, fax or email. The cancelled reservations or reduced are charge as follows:

Flexible – 14 days – (september – october – november)

  • The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels during the 14 days before the arrival date.
    The guest must pay in advance the total price at any time.

 

Flexible – 30 días – (july – august – december, january – holy week)

  • The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge before the arrival day. The client must have the total price if he cancels during the 30 days before the arrival date. If the guest don’t show the total price will be charged.
    The guest must pay in advance the total price at any time.
