DEPOSIT POLICY AND PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payment is made at any time from the creation of the reservation, usually 30 to 15 days before your arrival.
- Cancellation without charges Low season without charges 14 days before your arrival and high season 30 days before your arrival.
- If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, which is 48 hours before your check-in, the hotel will charge the total value of the reservation.
- For Groups that occupy 2 rooms onwards, in all hotels free cancellation up to 60 days before the reservation in all seasons. Otherwise, 75% to 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
